Operated as a general contractor to construct a lighting control vault building of approximately 1500 square feet. This building controlled all airfield lighting circuits for the airport. Upgraded airfield lighting infrastructure with 14 aircraft rated manholes, installing a mile of conduit duct bank and 40,000 feet of cable. Relocated light circuits to new control vault while airport remained operational.

Renovation to existing terminal with modification of ticket counter including teledata wiring between counter and gate on second floor. New flight information display systems were installed along with upgrades to the fire alarm system and CCTV system. Relocated the New York State Police and Transportation Safety Administration offices on site. Phased coordination for this project was maintained to keep the airport terminal fully operational.

Removal and reinstallation of in pavement airport lighting in conjunction with milling and paving operation with special attention for elevation tolerances based on FAA specifications. Installation of in pavement temperature sensoring system which monitors for cold weather conditions for salting of runway. The airport runway remained fully operational while this project was underway.
