Charles C. Tallardy, III has been in the electrical contracting industry since 1966. Since 1983, he is the President and sole shareholder of Perreca Electric Co., Inc. The company initially started as a small service firm with few employees. He expanded the company’s scope to include and embrace new technologies and techniques while implementing industry leading safety and quality programs, by doing so, the company now employs hundreds of technicians and operates in several states.

ROBERT KAEHLER - Executive Vice President - President Major Accounts

Bob Kaehler’s experience started as an apprentice in 1973, Project Manager in 1980, Vice President in 1995 and Executive Vice President in 1997. He presently oversees the Major Accounts Division. His large project experience is an enormous asset to present and future clients along with his understanding of the strategic and financial issues facing our industry today. His leadership in managing the Major Accounts Division's tremendous growth has not only resulted in completion of some of the Hudson Valley’s largest projects but also allowed our emergence as a nationally recognized contractor. Bob’s experience and integrity has resulted in long term relationships with the top builders and owners in the Hudson Valley.

PHILIP HUGGINS – Senior Vice President - President General Accounts

Phil Huggins began his carrer in 1972 with Local 631 since merged with Local 363 as a commercial electrician, estimator, project manager and became Senior Vice President in 1983. He currently oversees the General Accounts Division. He is past president of the National Electrical Contractor Association, Hudson Valley Chapter and a long-standing trustee of the Electricians’ Local 363 Joint Benefits Fund.  He is a member of the International Association of Electrical Inspectors, International Fire Protection Association, Construction Contractor Association of the Hudson Valley, New York State Association of Electrical Contractors and the New York Council of the National Electrical Contractor Association. He has supplemented his first hand practical knowledge in the field with numerous seminars and supplemental electrical education courses in advanced electrical estimating and cost evaluation, evolving construction technology, methods and techniques and project management.

JULIE FORMAN – Chief Financial Officer

Julie Forman joined the Perreca management team August 2007. She began her career in 1989 at Marden Harrison & Kreuter a division of JH Cohn obtaining the position of senior manager. She brings years of experience in dealing with  construction contractors, real estate developers and managers. She handled all aspects of client service from traditional accounting and auditing services to tax services.  She obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Pace University in 1989. She is a certified public accountant (CPA) registered in the State of New York since 1993.  She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. In December 2009, she obtained her professional certification as a Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP).
